The Body and Mind Awareness
In psychology, the notion of awareness refers to the ability to be aware of one's surroundings, to experience the moment, or to be aware of an event, an object, or a sensory pattern.
We often take awareness for granted and are unaware of it. We don't have to ignore our awareness of our bodies and minds on a regular basis. There is no cap to the force of awareness.
Everywhere there is awareness, we just need to be aware of our bodies and minds. which must be carefully followed. A day cannot be spent on it. It need to practice on everyday life to improve your life
Conscious Awareness
The dual condition of being known as conscious awareness occurs when the mind is awake and aware of its surroundings. When it comes to our intellect, it is consciously aware, but consciousness cannot exist without awareness. Being conscious essentially means paying close attention to our internal and external environments at a specific time or aligned moment. that is what we refer to as awareness. We arrive at a great state of mind when perception and awareness are in alignment at that level. We referred to it as real consciousness when we attained the capacity for awareness.
Body
Awareness
All living things must have body awareness if they are to understand their present situation, including their physical and emotional states as well as their mental state. Despite the fact that we lead very active lives, many of the actions we take are not healthy for our bodies. Our bodies constantly send us cues to pay attention to ourselves, but we often ignore them, which leads to a host of problems. Stress, which has ingrained itself into our lives, is the root of all problems. Long-term worry causes our bodies to send cues like pain, hunger, fatigue, and insomnia. Our bodies produce the sense that gives us the first clue as to how we are feeling.
Body awareness basically means being conscious of our bodies at all times, no matter what is happening. If a false signal is discovered, it is a warning to stay awake and aware of your body. Next, figure out the issue and then find a remedy. If we are mindful of ourselves and are aware of the process, it will all happen. We must be conscious of every internal movement, distinction, sensation, and sentiment.
Types of body awareness
There
are several type of body awareness.
1)Interoceptive
Awareness
The
interoceptive awareness is sense which will come to know about our body’s
feelings and sensations. It is the sensations inside the body and emotions inside
the internal nerves.
2)Proprioception
Awareness
Proprioception
is body awareness towards body movement, it is the awareness about our posture,
position and movement. Example: - we are walking on road and suddenly a ditch
came then our body become aware change the way and body movement.
Proprioception is also the consciousness towards how much energy and force body
have to require for particular action or work.
3)Spatial
Awareness
Spatial
Awareness is important for human and surrounding relations. It is the awareness
towards our living space, work space, our personal space etc.
For example: -we
need to aware about location of our area of living, where the place of daily
uses things.
Steps of Body Awareness
Becoming aware of your body is the first step towards being more conscious. We gradually start to be more aware of every every action and emotion. Once you awaken, a miracle begins to unfold; many strange unconscious things will vanish. Your body and mind become more relaxed and at ease. A thorough understanding of the time you spend each day will bring clarity to your life.
Start being conscious of your ideas after that because our thoughts require awareness as well. We must be highly aware of our thoughts and what is happening in our minds at all times. In 10 minutes, that will also experience or exercise. You'll be astounded by how quickly our minds work.
Basically,
Awareness of mind is start with awareness of thought, which is continuously
going on in our mind. Being aware of mind is leads you to the observation of
our thinking. The moment we start observing our thinking then we realize that
how much unwanted scenario is going on in our mind
Mind Awareness
After becoming cognizant of our awareness of our bodies, we must also become conscious of our mind. We gain clarity about our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs thanks to mental awareness. We design places in our lives for everything.
Being conscious of our thoughts is a practice that takes time to master but gets easier the more we do it. It gives us the ability to direct our minds.
In general, awareness of the mind begins with awareness of the thoughts that are constantly running through our minds. Being conscious of your thoughts allows you to observe how we think. When we begin to be aware of what we are thinking, we become aware of how many undesirable scenarios are playing out in our heads.
As thought process observe
on regular basis it will become your habit and experience great change in your
life. It will give you clarity about your path where your mind is going, and
stop you from distraction.
Process:
The first step towards awareness is to observe our cognitive processes. Start gently observing our thoughts, then pause, and pay attention to what is happening in our minds at that precise instant. During this process, we have an option between trying to understand the notion and letting it go. As if we decide to see the thought, we must concentrate on becoming neutral and viewing the thought process from a third person. Similarly, if we decide to let the thought go, we must pay attention to our breathing and do the same.
Just like how things are at this precise moment, the entire process is pretty straightforward.
Thought and the Mind:
Thoughts are very fragile
and need to handle very carefully though one can get greatest out them. This is
like roller coaster in little glimpse we are go through millions of thoughts can't control our thoughts but we can give them the right direction. Thoughts are like water it will go to the direction where it will find the path, So
better give them the right direction where you want your life to go.
Thought process:
Thought process is based on external and
internal environment, which we live on daily life's make your thought healthy
and productive we have to make sure that our internal body along with external
environment is healthy.
Conclusion:
As come to conclusion the mind and body awareness have to become part of
our daily life so we can observe our life and reach to another level in terms
of body and mind. Awareness is something we need to aware about it
